A custom kitchen in a private apartment in Schöneberg, Berlin. The fronts are lacquered MDF in Farrow & Ball Hay, a warm yellow, with integrated grip recesses in place of handles. The worktop is 5mm stainless steel, its cool tone set deliberately against the warmth of the yellow below. The kitchen extends into the corner with a small built-in bench by the window, kept in white to recede into the room and let the kitchen remain the focus. A simple wooden shelf runs above the counter for everyday items.
